Colour: Bright, transparent, colourless.
Aroma: Citric.
Flavour: Sweet, citric with marked acidity.
Sensation on swallowing: Citric, medium acid, of persistent sweetness.
Suggestions – how to drink it: Mixed with tequila, rum or vodka. It can also be drunk neat very cold or with ice.
